1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to BusinessLine.co.in ("BusinessLine",
"Platform", "Website", "Company", "We",
"Us", "Our").
BusinessLine is a multi-vendor marketplace platform that
enables independent Vendors, Service Providers, Course Creators and Affiliate
Partners to offer products, services and courses to Customers.
By accessing, browsing, registering, purchasing, selling,
promoting, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by
these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue
use of the Platform immediately.

"वेबसाइट", "कंपनी", "हम", "हमारा") में आपका
स्वागत है।
BusinessLine एक मल्टी-वेंडर मार्केटप्लेस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है जहाँ स्वतंत्र
विक्रेता, सेवा प्रदाता, कोर्स निर्माता एवं एफिलिएट पार्टनर अपने उत्पाद, सेवाएँ और
कोर्स ग्राहकों को उपलब्ध कराते हैं।
प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग, पंजीकरण, खरीदारी, बिक्री, प्रचार या किसी भी प्रकार से उपयोग करने पर आप इन नियमों
एवं शर्तों से कानूनी रूप से सहमत माने जाएंगे।
यदि आप इन शर्तों से सहमत नहीं हैं तो आपको प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग बंद कर देना
चाहिए।
2. NATURE OF PLATFORM

BusinessLine acts as an intermediary marketplace platform
connecting Buyers, Vendors, Service Providers, Course Creators and Affiliates.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, BusinessLine is not:
- The
manufacturer of products
- The
owner of products
- The
direct service provider
- The
direct course instructor
The actual contract for sale is generally formed between the
Customer and the Vendor.

BusinessLine ग्राहकों, विक्रेताओं, सेवा प्रदाताओं, कोर्स निर्माताओं एवं एफिलिएट पार्टनर्स को
जोड़ने वाला एक मार्केटप्लेस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है।
जब तक स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख न किया जाए, BusinessLine:
- उत्पादों
का निर्माता नहीं है
- उत्पादों
का स्वामी नहीं है
- सेवाओं का
प्रत्यक्ष प्रदाता नहीं है
- कोर्स का
प्रत्यक्ष प्रशिक्षक नहीं है
अधिकांश मामलों में बिक्री का वास्तविक अनुबंध ग्राहक और विक्रेता के बीच होता
है।
3. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Platform, you must:
- Be
at least 18 years old; or
- Use
the Platform under parental or legal guardian supervision.
- Be
legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable law.
BusinessLine reserves the right to refuse service or
terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करने के लिए:
- आपकी आयु
कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए; या
- आप
अभिभावक की निगरानी में प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करें।

BusinessLine पात्रता पूरी न करने वाले उपयोगकर्ताओं के खाते निलंबित या
समाप्त कर सकता है।
4. USER ACCOUNT
English
Users may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining
confidentiality of login credentials.
- Updating
account information.
- Activities
occurring under your account.
You agree not to:
- Share
passwords.
- Create
fake accounts.
- Impersonate
another person.
- Misuse
platform services.

कुछ सुविधाओं के उपयोग हेतु खाता बनाना आवश्यक हो सकता है।
आप निम्न के लिए उत्तरदायी होंगे:

का दुरुपयोग करना

The Platform may contain listings for:
- Physical
Products
- Digital
Products
- Professional
Services
- Online
Courses
- Subscription
Services
Information displayed on listings is generally provided by
Vendors.
BusinessLine does not guarantee that all listing information
will always be accurate, complete or error-free.
हिन्दी
प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर निम्न प्रकार की लिस्टिंग उपलब्ध हो सकती हैं:
- भौतिक
उत्पाद
- डिजिटल
उत्पाद
- पेशेवर
सेवाएँ
- ऑनलाइन
कोर्स
- सदस्यता
आधारित सेवाएँ
लिस्टिंग की जानकारी सामान्यतः विक्रेताओं द्वारा प्रदान की जाती है।
BusinessLine यह गारंटी नहीं देता कि सभी जानकारी हमेशा पूर्ण, सटीक या
त्रुटिरहित होगी।
6. PRICING

Prices are determined by Vendors.
Prices may vary based on:
- Promotions
- Discounts
- Coupons
- Affiliate
Offers
- Bargaining
Results
BusinessLine reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

उत्पादों एवं सेवाओं की कीमतें विक्रेता निर्धारित करते हैं।
कीमतें निम्न कारणों से बदल सकती हैं:

- डिस्काउंट
- कूपन
- एफिलिएट
ऑफर
- मोलभाव (Bargaining)
BusinessLine मूल्य संबंधी त्रुटियों को सुधारने का अधिकार रखता है।
7. ONLINE BARGAINING FEATURE
English
Certain Vendors may enable an online bargaining feature.
Customers may submit a custom price offer.
The Vendor may:
- Accept
the offer
- Reject
the offer
- Submit
a counter offer
No contract is formed until the Vendor accepts the offer and
payment is completed.

कुछ विक्रेता ऑनलाइन मोलभाव (Bargaining) सुविधा सक्षम कर सकते हैं।
ग्राहक अपनी पसंद की कीमत प्रस्तावित कर सकता है।
विक्रेता:

अस्वीकार कर सकता है
- वैकल्पिक
कीमत प्रस्तावित कर सकता है
जब तक विक्रेता प्रस्ताव स्वीकार न करे और भुगतान पूरा न हो जाए, तब तक कोई
बिक्री अनुबंध नहीं बनता।
8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Orders are subject to Vendor acceptance.
BusinessLine or the Vendor may cancel an order due to:
- Product
unavailability
- Pricing
errors
- Technical
issues
- Fraud
concerns
- Legal
restrictions

BusinessLine या विक्रेता निम्न कारणों से ऑर्डर रद्द कर सकते हैं:

9. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments are processed by third-party payment service
providers.

11. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by the applicable Refund
Policy and Vendor-specific policies.
Default return period may be 7 days unless otherwise
specified.
Course refund eligibility may differ from physical products.

रिटर्न एवं रिफंड संबंधित Refund Policy तथा Vendor Policy के अनुसार
संचालित होंगे।
डिफ़ॉल्ट रिटर्न अवधि 7 दिन हो सकती है, जब तक अन्यथा उल्लेख न हो।
कोर्स रिफंड नियम भौतिक उत्पादों से अलग हो सकते हैं।
12. REVIEWS & RATINGS

Customers may submit reviews and ratings.
You agree not to post:

- Misleading
information
BusinessLine may remove any content at its sole discretion.

ग्राहक समीक्षा एवं रेटिंग प्रदान कर सकते हैं।
आप निम्न सामग्री पोस्ट नहीं करेंगे:

- मानहानिकारक
सामग्री
- आपत्तिजनक

BusinessLine किसी भी सामग्री को हटाने का अधिकार रखता है।
13. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
English
Affiliate links and promotional codes may be used on the
Platform.
Affiliates earn commissions only from valid sales and not
from recruitment activities.
हिन्दी
प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर एफिलिएट लिंक एवं प्रचार कोड का उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
एफिलिएट केवल वास्तविक बिक्री पर कमीशन प्राप्त करते हैं, भर्ती (Recruitment)
पर नहीं।
14. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users shall not:
- Commit
fraud
- Upload
illegal content
- Infringe
intellectual property rights
- Use
automated bots
- Abuse
Vendors or Customers
- Manipulate
commissions or referrals

उपयोगकर्ता निम्न कार्य नहीं करेंगे:

15. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

BusinessLine may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts if:
- Fraud
is suspected
- Policies
are violated
- Legal
obligations require action

BusinessLine निम्न परिस्थितियों में खाता निलंबित या समाप्त कर सकता है:
- धोखाधड़ी
की आशंका
- नीति का
उल्लंघन
- कानूनी

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusinessLine shall
not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages
arising from use of the Platform.

कानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक BusinessLine प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के उपयोग से
उत्पन्न अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक या विशेष क्षति के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
17. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BusinessLine from
claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform
or violation of these Terms.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

BusinessLine shall not be liable for failures or delays
caused by:
- Natural
Disasters
- Government
Actions
- Internet
Failures
- Cyber
Attacks
- War
- Pandemic
Events

BusinessLine निम्न कारणों से हुई देरी या विफलता के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं
होगा:
- प्राकृतिक
आपदाएँ
- सरकारी
प्रतिबंध
- इंटरनेट
विफलता

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved
amicably.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of courts located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.

किसी भी विवाद को पहले आपसी सहमति से सुलझाने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।
यदि समाधान नहीं होता है, तो विवाद बिलासपुर, छत्तीसगढ़ स्थित न्यायालयों के विशेष अधिकार
