AFFILIATE PARTNER AGREEMENT

1. Introduction / परिचय

English: This Affiliate Partner Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the BusinessLine Affiliate Program.
हिंदी: यह एफिलिएट पार्टनर अनुबंध ("अनुबंध") BusinessLine एफिलिएट प्रोग्राम में भागीदारी को नियंत्रित करता है।
English: This Agreement is entered into between: Business Line Proprietorship, Office No. 211, Shivya Plaza, First Floor, City Mall 36, Mungeli Road, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India ("BusinessLine", "Company", "Platform") AND The registered Affiliate ("Affiliate", "Partner", "Promoter", "Member").
हिंदी: यह अनुबंध इनके बीच निष्पादित किया गया है: बिजनेस लाइन प्रोपराइटरशिप (Business Line Proprietorship), कार्यालय नंबर 211, शिव्या प्लाजा, प्रथम तल, सिटी मॉल 36, मुंगेली रोड, बिलासपुर, छत्तीसगढ़, भारत ("BusinessLine", "कंपनी", "प्लेटफॉर्म") और पंजीकृत एफिलिएट ("एफिलिएट", "पार्टनर", "प्रमोटर", "सदस्य")।
English: By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
हिंदी: एक एफिलिएट के रूप में पंजीकरण करके, आप कानूनी रूप से इस अनुबंध से बंधने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।

2. Purpose of the Affiliate Program / एफिलिएट प्रोग्राम का उद्देश्य

English: BusinessLine allows Affiliates to promote Physical Products, Digital Products, Services, Courses, Vendor Stores, and Promotional Campaigns.
हिंदी: BusinessLine एफिलिएट्स को भौतिक उत्पादों, डिजिटल उत्पादों, सेवाओं, कोर्सेस, विक्रेता स्टोर्स और प्रचार अभियानों (Promotional Campaigns) को प्रमोट (प्रचार) करने की अनुमति देता है।
English: Affiliates may earn commissions from eligible sales generated through approved referral methods.
हिंदी: एफिलिएट स्वीकृत रेफ़रल विधियों के माध्यम से उत्पन्न पात्र बिक्री से कमीशन कमा सकते हैं।

3. Eligibility / पात्रता

English: To participate in the Affiliate Program, an Affiliate must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, maintain a valid email address, maintain valid payout details, and complete KYC verification when requested.
हिंदी: एफिलिएट प्रोग्राम में भाग लेने के लिए, एक एफिलिएट की आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए, सटीक पंजीकरण जानकारी प्रदान करनी चाहिए, एक वैध ईमेल पता बनाए रखना चाहिए, वैध भुगतान (Payout) विवरण बनाए रखना चाहिए, और अनुरोध किए जाने पर केवाईसी (KYC) सत्यापन पूरा करना चाहिए।
English: BusinessLine may reject or terminate any Affiliate account without assigning any reason.

4. Affiliate Account / एफिलिएट अकाउंट

English: Affiliate shall maintain account security, protect login credentials, update information when necessary, and ensure information remains accurate.
हिंदी: एफिलिएट को अकाउंट की सुरक्षा बनाए रखनी होगी, लॉगिन क्रेडेंशियल को सुरक्षित रखना होगा, आवश्यकता पड़ने पर जानकारी अपडेट करनी होगी और यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि जानकारी सटीक रहे।
English: Affiliate shall be responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
हिंदी: एफिलिएट के अकाउंट के माध्यम से संचालित होने वाली सभी गतिविधियों के लिए एफिलिएट स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा।

5. Referral Methods / रेफ़रल विधियाँ

English: Affiliates may promote using Referral Links (Unique tracking URLs), Coupon Codes, Social Media Promotion, Websites and Blogs, and permitted promotional messages through approved Messaging Platforms.
हिंदी: एफिलिएट रेफ़रल लिंक (विशिष्ट ट्रैकिंग यूआरएल), कूपन कोड, सोशल मीडिया प्रचार, वेबसाइट और ब्लॉग, और स्वीकृत मैसेजिंग प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से अनुमत प्रचार संदेशों का उपयोग करके प्रमोट कर सकते हैं।
English: BusinessLine reserves the right to prohibit specific promotional methods.
हिंदी: BusinessLine के पास विशिष्ट प्रचार विधियों को प्रतिबंधित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

6. Commission Structure / कमीशन संरचना

English: Commission may be based on a Fixed Amount, Percentage Based, Category Based, Product Based, or Vendor Based rates. Commission rates may change without prior notice.
हिंदी: कमीशन एक निश्चित राशि (Fixed Amount), प्रतिशत आधारित, श्रेणी आधारित, उत्पाद आधारित, या विक्रेता आधारित दरों पर हो सकता है। कमीशन दरों में बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के बदलाव किया जा सकता है।

7. Commission Eligibility / कमीशन की पात्रता

English: Commission shall be payable only when the order is completed successfully, payment is received, fraud review is completed, the refund period has expired, and a chargeback has not occurred.
हिंदी: कमीशन का भुगतान केवल तभी देय होगा जब ऑर्डर सफलतापूर्वक पूरा हो गया हो, भुगतान प्राप्त हो गया हो, धोखाधड़ी की समीक्षा पूरी हो चुकी हो, रिफंड की अवधि समाप्त हो चुकी हो, और कोई चार्जबैक न हुआ हो।

8. Commission Exclusions / कमीशन से छूट (अपात्रता)

English: No commission shall be paid for Cancelled Orders, Refunded Orders, Fraudulent Orders, Duplicate Orders, Test Transactions, Invalid Transactions, or Chargeback Transactions.
हिंदी: रद्द किए गए ऑर्डर्स, रिफंड किए गए ऑर्डर्स, धोखाधड़ी वाले ऑर्डर्स, डुप्लिकेट ऑर्डर्स, टेस्ट लेनदेन, अमान्य लेनदेन, या चार्जबैक लेनदेन के लिए कोई कमीशन नहीं दिया जाएगा।
English: BusinessLine reserves the right to determine commission eligibility.
हिंदी: कमीशन की पात्रता निर्धारित करने का अधिकार BusinessLine के पास सुरक्षित है।

9. Self Purchase Policy / स्व-खरीद नीति

English: BusinessLine may allow or prohibit self-purchases at its sole discretion.
हिंदी: BusinessLine अपने विवेक से स्व-खरीद (खुद की लिंक से खुद खरीदना) की अनुमति दे सकता है या इसे प्रतिबंधित कर सकता है।
English: Where prohibited, Affiliates shall not earn commissions on purchases made by themselves, immediate family members acting on their behalf, or controlled accounts. Any attempt to circumvent this rule may result in commission forfeiture.

10. Affiliate Payouts / एफिलिएट भुगतान

English: Minimum Payout Amount: ₹1000. Payout Frequency: Monthly. Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.
हिंदी: न्यूनतम भुगतान राशि: ₹1000। भुगतान की आवृत्ति: मासिक। भुगतान के तरीके: बैंक ट्रांसफर, UPI, या अन्य स्वीकृत तरीके।
English: BusinessLine may modify payout methods at any time.
हिंदी: BusinessLine किसी भी समय भुगतान के तरीकों को संशोधित कर सकता है।

11. Taxes and Deductions / कर और कटौतियां

English: Affiliate is responsible for Income Tax Compliance and Applicable Tax Filings. BusinessLine may deduct TDS, Government Levies, and other statutory deductions where required by applicable law.
हिंदी: एफिलिएट आयकर अनुपालन और लागू टैक्स फाइलिंग के लिए जिम्मेदार है। जहां लागू कानून द्वारा आवश्यक हो, BusinessLine टीडीएस (TDS), सरकारी लेवी (Government Levies) और अन्य वैधानिक कटौतियां कर सकता है।

12. KYC Requirements / केवाईसी आवश्यकताएं

English: BusinessLine may require: Individuals to provide [Aadhaar Omitted] Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account Verification.
हिंदी: BusinessLine को आवश्यकता हो सकती है: व्यक्तिगत उपयोगकर्ताओं (Individuals) से [Aadhaar Omitted] कार्ड, पैन (PAN) कार्ड और बैंक खाता सत्यापन प्रदान करने की।
English: Businesses may be required to provide PAN, Registration Documents, and Authorized Signatory Details. Failure to complete verification may delay payouts.
हिंदी: व्यवसायों से पैन, पंजीकरण दस्तावेज़ और अधिकृत हस्ताक्षरकर्ता के विवरण की मांग की जा सकती है। सत्यापन पूरा न करने पर भुगतान में देरी हो सकती है।

13. Affiliate Code of Conduct / एफिलिएट आचार संहिता

English: Affiliates shall act honestly, promote products accurately, respect customers, and follow applicable laws.
हिंदी: एफिलिएट्स ईमानदारी से काम करेंगे, उत्पादों का सटीक प्रचार करेंगे, ग्राहकों का सम्मान करेंगे और लागू कानूनों का पालन करेंगे।
English: Affiliates shall not mislead customers, make false claims, provide deceptive pricing information, or misrepresent Vendor offerings.
हिंदी: एफिलिएट ग्राहकों को गुमराह नहीं करेंगे, झूठे दावे नहीं करेंगे, भ्रामक मूल्य निर्धारण की जानकारी नहीं देंगे, या विक्रेता की पेशकशों को गलत तरीके से पेश नहीं करेंगे।

14. Prohibited Promotional Practices / प्रतिबंधित प्रचार प्रथाएं

English: Affiliates shall not engage in Spam, Fake Reviews, Fake Traffic (using bots or click farms), Cookie Stuffing, Brand Abuse (impersonating BusinessLine or Vendors), or unauthorized paid advertising using BusinessLine trademarks.
हिंदी: एफिलिएट स्पैम (Spam), नकली समीक्षाएं (Fake Reviews), नकली ट्रैफिक (बॉट या क्लिक फ़ार्म का उपयोग करना), कुकी स्टफिंग (छिपे हुए ट्रैकिंग तरीके), ब्रांड का दुरुपयोग (BusinessLine या विक्रेताओं का रूप धारण करना), या लिखित अनुमति के बिना BusinessLine ट्रेडमार्क का उपयोग करके अनधिकृत सशुल्क विज्ञापन नहीं चलाएंगे।

15. Direct Selling Compliance / प्रत्यक्ष बिक्री (डायरेक्ट सेलिंग) अनुपालन

English: BusinessLine Affiliate Program is not a Pyramid Scheme, a Money Circulation Scheme, a Chain Referral Program, or a Recruitment Compensation Program.
हिंदी: BusinessLine एफिलिएट प्रोग्राम कोई पिरामिड योजना, मनी सर्कुलेशन योजना, चेन रेफ़रल प्रोग्राम या भर्ती मुआवजा प्रोग्राम नहीं है।
English: Affiliates earn commissions only on actual sales. No commission is payable merely for recruiting, enrolling, or introducing new Affiliates.
हिंदी: एफिलिएट केवल वास्तविक बिक्री पर ही कमीशन कमाते हैं। केवल नए एफिलिएट्स की भर्ती करने, उनका नामांकन करने या उनका परिचय कराने के लिए कोई कमीशन देय नहीं है।

16. Prohibited Earnings / प्रतिबंधित कमाई

English: Affiliates shall not receive compensation solely for Recruiting Members, Building Downlines, Team Creation, Network Expansion, or Membership Sales. BusinessLine strictly prohibits pyramid and chain referral activities.
हिंदी: एफिलिएट्स को केवल सदस्यों की भर्ती करने, डाउनलाइन बनाने, टीम बनाने, नेटवर्क विस्तार या सदस्यता बिक्री के लिए कोई मुआवजा नहीं मिलेगा। BusinessLine पिरामिड और चेन रेफ़रल गतिविधियों को सख्ती से प्रतिबंधित करता है।

17. Vendor as Affiliate / एफिलिएट के रूप में विक्रेता

English: A Vendor may also participate as an Affiliate. Where a Vendor promotes another Vendor's products, services, or courses using approved affiliate methods, such Vendor shall be treated as an Affiliate for those transactions.
हिंदी: एक विक्रेता भी एक एफिलिएट के रूप में भाग ले सकता है। जहां एक विक्रेता स्वीकृत एफिलिएट तरीकों का उपयोग करके किसी अन्य विक्रेता के उत्पादों, सेवाओं या कोर्सेस का प्रचार करता है, वहां उस विक्रेता को उन लेनदेन के लिए एक एफिलिएट माना जाएगा।

18. Fraud Monitoring / धोखाधड़ी की निगरानी

English: BusinessLine reserves the right to investigate Suspicious Orders, Self Referrals, Fake Accounts, Fraudulent Traffic, Coupon Abuse, and Commission Manipulation. Investigations may occur before or after payout.
हिंदी: BusinessLine के पास संदिग्ध ऑर्डर्स, स्व-रेफ़रल, नकली खातों, धोखाधड़ी वाले ट्रैफ़िक, कूपन के दुरुपयोग और कमीशन हेरफेर की जांच करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। जांच भुगतान से पहले या बाद में हो सकती है।

19. Commission Reversals / कमीशन की वापसी (रिवर्सल)

English: Approved commissions may be reversed if orders are refunded, cancelled, fraud is detected, chargebacks occur, or abuse is discovered. BusinessLine may recover overpaid commissions from future earnings.
हिंदी: स्वीकृत कमीशन वापस (Reverse) किए जा सकते हैं यदि ऑर्डर रिफंड कर दिए जाते हैं, रद्द कर दिए जाते हैं, धोखाधड़ी का पता चलता है, चार्जबैक होते हैं, या दुरुपयोग का पता चलता है। BusinessLine भविष्य की कमाई से अधिक भुगतान किए गए कमीशन की वसूली कर सकता है।

20. Intellectual Property / बौद्धिक संपदा

English: BusinessLine grants Affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved promotional materials. Affiliates shall not modify logos without permission, create misleading branding, or register confusingly similar domain names.
हिंदी: BusinessLine एफिलिएट्स को स्वीकृत प्रचार सामग्री का उपयोग करने के लिए एक सीमित, प्रतिसंहरणीय (Revocable) और गैर-अनन्य लाइसेंस प्रदान करता है। एफिलिएट बिना अनुमति के लोगो में संशोधन नहीं करेंगे, भ्रामक ब्रांडिंग नहीं बनाएंगे, या भ्रम पैदा करने वाले समान डोमेन नाम पंजीकृत नहीं करेंगे।

21. Confidential Information / गोपनीय जानकारी

English: Affiliate shall keep confidential: Commission Structures, Internal Reports, Vendor Information, Customer Information, Marketing Strategies, and Business Plans. Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination.
हिंदी: एफिलिएट कमीशन संरचनाओं, आंतरिक रिपोर्टों, विक्रेता की जानकारी, ग्राहक की जानकारी, विपणन रणनीतियों और व्यावसायिक योजनाओं को गोपनीय रखेगा। गोपनीयता के दायित्व अनुबंध की समाप्ति के बाद भी बने रहेंगे।

22. Data Protection / डेटा सुरक्षा

English: Affiliates shall not sell customer information, share customer data, or misuse personal information. Any unauthorized data usage may result in immediate termination and legal action.
हिंदी: एफिलिएट ग्राहकों की जानकारी नहीं बेचेंगे, ग्राहक डेटा साझा नहीं करेंगे, या व्यक्तिगत जानकारी का दुरुपयोग नहीं करेंगे। किसी भी अनधिकृत डेटा उपयोग के परिणामस्वरूप खाता तुरंत समाप्त किया जा सकता है और कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।

23. Account Suspension / खाता निलंबन

English: BusinessLine may suspend accounts for Fraud, Policy Violations, Spam Activities, Brand Abuse, Fake Traffic, or Misleading Promotions. Suspension may occur with or without prior notice.
हिंदी: BusinessLine धोखाधड़ी, नीति के उल्लंघन, स्पैम गतिविधियों, ब्रांड के दुरुपयोग, नकली ट्रैफ़िक, या भ्रामक प्रचारों के लिए खातों को निलंबित कर सकता है। निलंबन बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के किया जा सकता है।

24. Account Termination / खाता समाप्ति

English: BusinessLine may terminate Affiliate participation for Fraudulent Conduct, Repeated Violations, Legal Violations, or Reputation Damage. Upon termination, future commissions shall cease and unapproved commissions may be forfeited.
हिंदी: BusinessLine धोखाधड़ी वाले आचरण, बार-बार किए गए उल्लंघनों, कानूनी उल्लंघनों, या प्रतिष्ठा को नुकसान पहुँचाने के लिए एफिलिएट की भागीदारी को समाप्त कर सकता है। समाप्ति पर, भविष्य के कमीशन बंद हो जाएंगे और अस्वीकृत कमीशन जब्त किए जा सकते हैं।

25. Limitation of Liability / दायित्व की सीमा

English: BusinessLine shall not be liable for lost profits, business interruptions, indirect damages, or third-party actions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
हिंदी: कानून द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, BusinessLine खोए हुए लाभ, व्यावसायिक रुकावटों, अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसानों, या तीसरे पक्ष के कार्यों के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।

26. Indemnification / क्षतिपूर्ति

English: Affiliate agrees to indemnify BusinessLine against claims arising from Affiliate misconduct, misrepresentation, policy violations, legal violations, or intellectual property infringement.
हिंदी: एफिलिएट, एफिलिएट के दुराचार, गलत बयानी, नीति के उल्लंघनों, कानूनी उल्लंघनों, या बौद्धिक संपदा के उल्लंघन से उत्पन्न होने वाले दावों के खिलाफ BusinessLine की क्षतिपूर्ति करने के लिए सहमत है।

27. Dispute Resolution / विवाद समाधान

English: Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under applicable Indian law.
हिंदी: पक्ष पहले विवादों को सौहार्दपूर्ण ढंग से सुलझाने का प्रयास करेंगे। यदि समाधान नहीं होता है, तो विवादों को लागू भारतीय कानून के तहत मध्यस्थता (Arbitration) के लिए भेजा जा सकता है।

28. Governing Law / शासी कानून

English: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.
हिंदी: यह अनुबंध भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होगा। अनन्य क्षेत्राधिकार: बिलासपुर, छत्तीसगढ़, भारत।

29. Changes to this Agreement / इस अनुबंध में बदलाव

English: BusinessLine may revise this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program shall constitute acceptance of revised terms.
हिंदी: BusinessLine किसी भी समय इस अनुबंध को संशोधित कर सकता है। एफिलिएट प्रोग्राम में निरंतर भागीदारी संशोधित शर्तों की स्वीकृति मानी जाएगी।

1. Introduction / परिचय
English: Welcome to BusinessLine.co.in ("BusinessLine", "Platform", "Website", "App", "We", "Us", "Our"). BusinessLine is operated by Business Line Proprietorship, having its registered office at: Office No. 211, Shivya Plaza, First Floor, City Mall 36, Mungeli Road, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.

हिंदी: BusinessLine.co.in ("BusinessLine", "प्लेटफ़ॉर्म", "वेबसाइट", "ऐप", "हम", "हमें", "हमारा") में आपका स्वागत है। BusinessLine का संचालन बिजनेस लाइन प्रोपराइटरशिप (Business Line Proprietorship) द्वारा किया जाता है, जिसका पंजीकृत कार्यालय इस पते पर है: ऑफिस नंबर 211, शिव्या प्लाजा, प्रथम तल, सिटी मॉल 36, मुंगेली रोड, बिलासपुर, छत्तीसगढ़, भारत।

English: By accessing, browsing, registering, purchasing, selling, promoting, listing products/services/courses, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions / परिभाषाएँ
English: "Customer" / "Buyer": Any person purchasing products, services, or courses through the Platform.

हिंदी: "ग्राहक" / "खरीदार": प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के माध्यम से उत्पादों, सेवाओं, या कोर्सेस को खरीदने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति।

English: "Vendor" / "Seller": Any individual or business listing products, services, or courses on the Platform.

हिंदी: "विक्रेता" (Vendor / Seller): प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर उत्पादों, सेवाओं, या कोर्सेस को लिस्ट करने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति या व्यवसाय।

English: "Affiliate": Any registered user approved to promote listings through referral links, coupon codes, or other approved methods.

हिंदी: "एफिलिएट" (Affiliate): रेफ़रल लिंक, कूपन कोड, या अन्य स्वीकृत तरीकों के माध्यम से लिस्टिंग्स का प्रचार करने के लिए स्वीकृत कोई भी पंजीकृत उपयोगकर्ता।

English: "Order": Any purchase request submitted through the Platform.

हिंदी: "ऑर्डर": प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के माध्यम से सबमिट किया गया खरीदारी का कोई भी अनुरोध।

English: "Content": Includes text, images, videos, documents, product descriptions, course materials, logos, and other digital material.

3. Eligibility / पात्रता
English: To use BusinessLine, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into contracts, provide accurate and complete information, and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

हिंदी: BusinessLine का उपयोग करने के लिए, आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए, अनुबंध करने की कानूनी क्षमता होनी चाहिए, सटीक और पूर्ण जानकारी प्रदान करनी चाहिए, और अपने अकाउंट क्रेडेंशियल (लॉगिन विवरण) की गोपनीयता बनाए रखनी चाहिए।

English: BusinessLine may suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

4. Nature of Platform / प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की प्रकृति
English: BusinessLine is a technology-enabled marketplace. The Platform allows product sales, service sales, course sales, affiliate marketing, local store pickup, local delivery, national delivery, and vendor-customer negotiations.

हिंदी: BusinessLine एक तकनीक-सक्षम मार्केटप्लेस है। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म भौतिक उत्पादों की बिक्री, सेवाओं की बिक्री, कोर्सेस की बिक्री, एफिलिएट मार्केटिंग, स्थानीय स्टोर पिकअप, स्थानीय डिलीवरी, राष्ट्रीय डिलीवरी, और विक्रेता-ग्राहक मोलभाव की अनुमति देता है।

English: BusinessLine generally acts as an intermediary platform and is not the manufacturer, owner, distributor, or service provider of third-party listings unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. User Accounts / उपयोगकर्ता खाते
English: Users are responsible for account security, password confidentiality, and activities occurring under their account.

हिंदी: उपयोगकर्ता अकाउंट की सुरक्षा, पासवर्ड की गोपनीयता, और अपने अकाउंट के तहत होने वाली सभी गतिविधियों के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं।

English: You must immediately notify BusinessLine of any unauthorized access. BusinessLine shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account usage.

6. Product, Service and Course Listings / उत्पाद, सेवा और कोर्स लिस्टिंग
English: Vendors are solely responsible for product quality, product legality, product descriptions, service quality, course content accuracy, and pricing accuracy.

हिंदी: उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता, उत्पाद की वैधता, उत्पाद विवरण, सेवा की गुणवत्ता, कोर्स सामग्री की सटीकता, और मूल्य निर्धारण की सटीकता के लिए विक्रेता स्वयं पूरी तरह जिम्मेदार हैं।

English: BusinessLine does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of vendor-provided information.

हिंदी: BusinessLine विक्रेता द्वारा प्रदान की गई जानकारी की पूर्णता, सटीकता, या विश्वसनीयता की गारंटी नहीं देता है।

7. Orders and Acceptance / ऑर्डर एवं स्वीकृति
English: Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors may accept orders, reject orders, or cancel unavailable orders.

हिंदी: ऑर्डर सबमिट करने से उसकी स्वीकृति की गारंटी नहीं मिलती है। विक्रेता ऑर्डर्स को स्वीकार कर सकते हैं, अस्वीकार कर सकते हैं, या अनुपलब्ध ऑर्डर्स को रद्द कर सकते हैं।

English: BusinessLine reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or legal violations.

हिंदी: BusinessLine के पास धोखाधड़ी, दुरुपयोग, मूल्य निर्धारण त्रुटियों (गलतियों), या कानूनी उल्लंघनों के संदेह वाले किसी भी ऑर्डर को रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

8. Pricing and Payments / मूल्य निर्धारण और भुगतान
English: Prices may be determined by Vendors. Prices may include product cost, service charges, delivery charges, and taxes (where applicable).

हिंदी: कीमतें विक्रेताओं द्वारा निर्धारित की जा सकती हैं। कीमतों में उत्पाद की लागत, सेवा शुल्क, डिलीवरी शुल्क, और टैक्स (जहां लागू हो) शामिल हो सकते हैं।

English: Payments shall be processed through authorized payment service providers. BusinessLine does not store complete card or banking credentials.

9. Bargaining Feature / मोलभाव सुविधा
English: BusinessLine may provide a bargaining or price negotiation feature. Customers may submit custom price offers.

हिंदी: BusinessLine एक बारगेनिंग या मूल्य पर बातचीत (मोलभाव) की सुविधा प्रदान कर सकता है। ग्राहक अपनी पसंद का मूल्य प्रस्ताव (ऑफ़र) सबमिट कर सकते हैं।

English: Vendors may accept, reject, or counter-offer. BusinessLine does not guarantee acceptance of any negotiated price. Negotiations are conducted solely between the Customer and Vendor.

10. Local Pickup and Delivery / स्थानीय पिकअप और डिलीवरी
English: Where enabled by the Vendor, customers may choose: Store Pickup (Order collected from Vendor location), Local Delivery (Vendor delivers within a designated service area), or National Shipping (Delivery through courier partners). Delivery availability is determined solely by the Vendor.

11. Vendor-Specific Policies / विक्रेता-विशिष्ट नीतियां
English: Each Vendor may maintain separate return policies, warranty policies, delivery policies, and service conditions. Vendor-specific policies displayed on product pages or vendor profiles shall apply in addition to these Terms.

हिंदी: प्रत्येक विक्रेता अलग से अपनी वापसी नीतियां, वारंटी नीतियां, डिलीवरी नीतियां, और सेवा शर्तें रख सकता है। उत्पाद पृष्ठों (Product Pages) या विक्रेता प्रोफाइल पर प्रदर्शित विक्रेता-विशिष्ट नीतियां इन शर्तों के अतिरिक्त लागू होंगी।

12. Course Purchases / कोर्स खरीदारी
English: Course creators retain ownership of their content. Customers receive a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased courses.

हिंदी: कोर्स निर्माता अपनी सामग्री का स्वामित्व अपने पास रखते हैं। ग्राहकों को खरीदे गए कोर्सेस तक पहुँचने के लिए एक सीमित, गैर-हस्तांतरणीय (Non-transferable) लाइसेंस प्राप्त होता है।

English: Customers may not resell courses, share login credentials, or reproduce course content without permission. Violation may result in account suspension and legal action.

13. Affiliate Program / एफिलिएट प्रोग्राम
English: BusinessLine operates an affiliate marketing program. Affiliates may earn commissions through referral links, referral coupons, or approved promotional methods.

हिंदी: BusinessLine एक एफिलिएट मार्केटिंग प्रोग्राम संचालित करता है। एफिलिएट रेफ़रल लिंक, रेफ़रल कूपन, या स्वीकृत प्रचार विधियों के माध्यम से कमीशन कमा सकते हैं।

English: Commission eligibility depends upon a successful sale, completed payment, expiry of refund period, and fraud verification. BusinessLine reserves the right to revise commission structures at any time.

14. Direct Selling Compliance / प्रत्यक्ष बिक्री (डायरेक्ट सेलिंग) अनुपालन
English: BusinessLine is not a pyramid scheme, money circulation scheme, or recruitment-based compensation program. No commission is paid merely for recruiting members, creating teams, or building downlines. Affiliate compensation is based solely on eligible sales.

हिंदी: BusinessLine कोई पिरामिड योजना, मनी सर्कुलेशन योजना, या भर्ती-आधारित मुआवजा कार्यक्रम नहीं है। केवल सदस्यों की भर्ती करने, टीमें बनाने, या डाउनलाइन बनाने के लिए कोई कमीशन नहीं दिया जाता है। एफिलिएट की कमाई पूरी तरह से पात्र वास्तविक बिक्री पर आधारित होती है।

15. Vendor as Affiliate / एफिलिएट के रूप में विक्रेता
English: A Vendor may also register as an Affiliate. Where a Vendor promotes another Vendor's listing through approved affiliate methods, such Vendor may earn Affiliate Commission according to applicable policies.

हिंदी: एक विक्रेता भी एक एफिलिएट के रूप में पंजीकरण कर सकता है। जहां एक विक्रेता स्वीकृत एफिलिएट तरीकों के माध्यम से किसी अन्य विक्रेता की लिस्टिंग का प्रचार करता है, वहां वह विक्रेता लागू नीतियों के अनुसार एफिलिएट कमीशन कमा सकता है।

16. Prohibited Activities / निषिद्ध (प्रतिबंधित) गतिविधियाँ
English: Users shall not commit fraud, provide false information, violate laws, upload illegal content, sell prohibited products, manipulate reviews, use bots or automated systems without authorization, or infringe intellectual property rights.

हिंदी: उपयोगकर्ता धोखाधड़ी नहीं करेंगे, गलत जानकारी प्रदान नहीं करेंगे, कानूनों का उल्लंघन नहीं करेंगे, अवैध सामग्री अपलोड नहीं करेंगे, प्रतिबंधित उत्पादों को नहीं बेचेंगे, समीक्षाओं (Reviews) में हेरफेर नहीं करेंगे, बिना अनुमति के बॉट्स या ऑटोमेटेड सिस्टम का उपयोग नहीं करेंगे, या बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों का उल्लंघन नहीं करेंगे।

17. Prohibited Products and Services / प्रतिबंधित उत्पाद और सेवाएं
English: The following may not be listed: illegal drugs, counterfeit products, stolen goods, pirated software, weapons and explosives, gambling services, money circulation schemes, pyramid schemes, or illegal financial products. BusinessLine may remove prohibited listings without notice.

हिंदी: निम्नलिखित को लिस्ट नहीं किया जा सकता है: अवैध ड्रग्स, नकली उत्पाद (Counterfeit products), चोरी का सामान, पाइरेटेड सॉफ्टवेयर, हथियार और विस्फोटक, जुआ सेवाएं, मनी सर्कुलेशन योजनाएं, पिरामिड योजनाएं, या अवैध वित्तीय उत्पाद। BusinessLine बिना किसी सूचना के प्रतिबंधित लिस्टिंग्स को हटा सकता है।

18. Intellectual Property / बौद्धिक संपदा
English: BusinessLine name, branding, software, logos, designs, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce BusinessLine materials without written authorization.

हिंदी: BusinessLine का नाम, ब्रांडिंग, सॉफ्टवेयर, लोगो, डिज़ाइन, और सामग्री लागू बौद्धिक संपदा कानूनों द्वारा सुरक्षित हैं। उपयोगकर्ता लिखित अनुमति के बिना BusinessLine की सामग्रियों को कॉपी, संशोधित, वितरित, या पुनरुत्पादित नहीं कर सकते हैं।

19. User Content / उपयोगकर्ता सामग्री
English: Users grant BusinessLine a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, publish, reproduce, and distribute content uploaded to the Platform for marketplace operations and promotion. Users remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of uploaded content.

हिंदी: उपयोगकर्ता BusinessLine को मार्केटप्लेस के संचालन और प्रचार के लिए प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर अपलोड की गई सामग्री को प्रदर्शित करने, प्रकाशित करने, पुनरुत्पादित करने, और वितरित करने का एक गैर-अनन्य, विश्वव्यापी लाइसेंस प्रदान करते हैं। उपयोगकर्ता अपलोड की गई सामग्री की वैधता और सटीकता के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार रहेंगे।

20. Suspension and Termination / निलंबन और समाप्ति
English: BusinessLine may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, policy violations, illegal activities, or repeated customer complaints. BusinessLine's decision regarding account termination shall be final.

हिंदी: BusinessLine धोखाधड़ी, दुरुपयोग, नीति के उल्लंघन, अवैध गतिविधियों, या बार-बार ग्राहकों की शिकायतों के लिए खातों को निलंबित या समाप्त कर सकता है। खाता समाप्ति के संबंध में BusinessLine का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।

21. Limitation of Liability / दायित्व की सीमा
English: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusinessLine shall not be liable for vendor misconduct, product defects, service failures, delivery delays, third-party payment failures, or indirect or consequential damages.

हिंदी: कानून द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, BusinessLine विक्रेता के दुराचार, उत्पाद दोषों, सेवा विफलताओं, डिलीवरी में देरी, तीसरे पक्ष के भुगतान की विफलताओं, या अप्रत्यक्ष या परिणामी नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।

22. Indemnity / क्षतिपूर्ति
English: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BusinessLine, its owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates against claims arising from violations of these Terms, illegal activities, intellectual property disputes, vendor misconduct, or affiliate misconduct.

हिंदी: उपयोगकर्ता इन शर्तों के उल्लंघन, अवैध गतिविधियों, बौद्धिक संपदा विवादों, विक्रेता के दुराचार, या एफिलिएट के दुराचार से उत्पन्न होने वाले दावों के खिलाफ BusinessLine, उसके मालिकों, कर्मचारियों, प्रतिनिधियों, और सहयोगियों को क्षतिरहित रखने और उनकी क्षतिपूर्ति करने के लिए सहमत हैं।

23. Privacy / गोपनीयता
English: Use of the Platform is also governed by the BusinessLine Privacy Policy. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy separately.

हिंदी: प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग BusinessLine की गोपनीयता नीति (Privacy Policy) द्वारा भी शासित होता है। उपयोगकर्ताओं को अलग से गोपनीयता नीति की समीक्षा करने की सलाह दी जाती है।

24. Dispute Resolution / विवाद समाधान
English: Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through mutual discussions. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under applicable Indian laws.

हिंदी: पक्ष पहले आपसी चर्चा के माध्यम से विवादों को सुलझाने का प्रयास करेंगे। यदि समाधान नहीं होता है, तो विवादों को लागू भारतीय कानूनों के तहत मध्यस्थता (Arbitration) के लिए भेजा जा सकता है।

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction / शासी कानून और क्षेत्राधिकार
English: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable arbitration provisions, courts located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

हिंदी: ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगी। लागू मध्यस्थता प्रावधानों के अधीन, बिलासपुर, छत्तीसगढ़ में स्थित अदालतों के पास विशेष क्षेत्राधिकार होगा।

26. Changes to Terms / शर्तों में बदलाव
English: BusinessLine may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
