failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including: Natural
Disasters, Floods, Earthquakes, Government Restrictions, Internet Outages,
Cyber Attacks, War, or Pandemic Events.

6. Electronic Records & E-Signature Clause / इलेक्ट्रॉनिक
रिकॉर्ड और ई-हस्ताक्षर खंड

participating in the Affiliate Program, users consent to electronic
records, communications, and agreements.

8. Indemnity Clause / क्षतिपूर्ति खंड

Indemnification: The Vendor / Affiliate / Instructor / Service
Provider agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BusinessLine, its
proprietor, employees, contractors, and representatives against any
claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, or expenses arising
from: Policy Violations, Legal Violations, Intellectual Property Claims,
Fraudulent Activities, or Misrepresentations.

लागत या खर्चों के खिलाफ BusinessLine, उसके
प्रोपराइटर, कर्मचारियों, ठेकेदारों और प्रतिनिधियों को क्षतिरहित
रखने और उनकी क्षतिपूर्ति करने के लिए सहमत है।
9. Vendor GST Clause / विक्रेता जीएसटी खंड
- English:
GST Responsibility: Each Vendor shall be solely responsible for GST
Registration, GST Collection, GST Filing, and Tax Compliance. BusinessLine
shall not be responsible for Vendor tax defaults.
- हिंदी: जीएसटी (GST) जिम्मेदारी: प्रत्येक विक्रेता जीएसटी पंजीकरण, जीएसटी
संग्रह, जीएसटी फाइलिंग और टैक्स अनुपालन के लिए पूरी तरह से
जिम्मेदार होगा। विक्रेता द्वारा टैक्स न चुकाने (Defaults) के लिए BusinessLine
जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
10. Vendor Product Liability Clause / विक्रेता
उत्पाद दायित्व खंड

Product Liability: Vendors shall be solely responsible for Product
Safety, Product Quality, Product Defects, Product Claims, and Warranty
Obligations.
- हिंदी: उत्पाद दायित्व (Product Liability): उत्पाद
सुरक्षा, उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता, उत्पाद के
दोषों, उत्पाद संबंधी दावों और वारंटी दायित्वों के लिए
विक्रेता पूरी तरह से जिम्मेदार होंगे।

BusinessLine acts only as a marketplace facilitator unless expressly
stated otherwise.

11. AI Generated Content Disclaimer / एआई द्वारा
जनरेट की गई सामग्री का अस्वीकरण

AI Content Disclaimer: Where content is generated using artificial
intelligence tools, the Vendor remains solely responsible for the
accuracy, legality, and originality of such content.
- हिंदी: एआई सामग्री अस्वीकरण (AI Content Disclaimer):
जहां सामग्री (Content) कृत्रिम
बुद्धिमत्ता (AI) टूल का उपयोग करके जनरेट की जाती है, वहां ऐसी
सामग्री की सटीकता, वैधता और मौलिकता के लिए विक्रेता ही पूरी तरह से
जिम्मेदार रहेगा।
12. Account Suspension & Risk Review Clause / खाता निलंबन और
जोखिम समीक्षा खंड
- English:
Risk Review: BusinessLine reserves the right to suspend accounts,
hold payouts, restrict features, or request additional verification where
fraud, abuse, legal risk, or policy violations are suspected.
- हिंदी: जोखिम समीक्षा (Risk Review): BusinessLine
के पास खातों को निलंबित करने, भुगतान (Payouts)
रोकने, सुविधाओं को प्रतिबंधित करने, या
अतिरिक्त सत्यापन का अनुरोध करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है, जहां
धोखाधड़ी, दुरुपयोग, कानूनी जोखिम, या नीति
के उल्लंघनों का संदेह हो।
